Program Description
This program can be found on the Service Reports Service History Reports menu (SD-4-4-17). This report provides summary or detailed information on work performed in service calls by technicians. It can be sorted in various ways depending user input and details are provided for several service call types. There is also the option to print call messages.

An option to sort by Branch Number/Technician Number was added. The report will ask if it should use the branch from the Serial file (SERIALD), or the Sales Rep / Technician File (SLMD). There is also a input of a branch range added. The branch numbers can not be greater than 255. The branch number will now print on every detail line.
Internal program changes were made to split the program into two separate programs due to the size increase.
