This program can be accessed through Invoice Entry, Order Entry, Order File Maintenance, and Credit Memo Entry.

When the serial inquiry is chosen at the Service Plan Linkage prompt in the header portion, or an I is entered at the enter serial number prompt during service plan linkage, an inquiry displays showing the machines placed at the customer site. The Machine ID has now been added to the screen. In order to make room, the Location field was reduced from displaying 25 characters to 17, and the Machine ID will display 7 characters instead of the full 10.
