The following reports have been added to this menu: CPC By Technician Report, Profitability Analysis Report, Coupon Redemption History Report, Parts Life Report, and Service Status By Code Report.
The Service Manager's Report has a new program name (SDRP417 to SDRP417A).
If the Coupons system is activated, the Coupon Redemption History Report will be displayed. If the Coupons system is not activated, these options will display as Used By The Coupon Module and cannot be accessed.
