This menu can be found on the System Manager master menu (LMSY-5). It is also called Service/Contract System Manager. Programs in this menu allow the user to modify data files associated with the Service and Contracts modules, including the Serial (SERIALD) and Meter (METER.DT) files. |
Rev 15 Changes
Contract Meters Billed by Item (11), Zero Base Bill Days in CN Header (12), and Convert Serial # in CN History (13) have been added to this menu.
Rev 14 Changes
Correct Service Call Meter Readings (7), CN Billing Missing Meters Listing (8), and CN Billing Missing Meters Purge (9) have been added to this menu.

This menu has been changed to add options 5 Change Number of Meter Estimates Allowed, 6 Auto Reactivate/Inactivate Contracts, 7 Correct Service Call Meter Readings, and 8 Delete Duplicate Serial Numbers.
Internal program changes were made to set the proper crammed characters if field 11. Dash Allowed In Item Numbers in Billing Control File Maintenance is equal to N for No.
The logic to display Fiscal Month and Fiscal Year was removed since it is not used by any programs within the Service/Contract System Manager menu.
