System Manager Master Menu (MGMU000)

This menu can be found on The La Crosse System Master Menu option 17. Programs in these menus allow the user to view or update system records behind the scenes. This is where some global files are stored in addition to the set up of security. The Daily Financial Brief can also be run from this menu, which is a summary of current totals to date for the company running the report.

Rev 15 Changes

BEI Services Data Transfer (10), Used for BTA/LMS Model Report (11), and OEM Interface Module (12) were added to this menu. Prior to Rev 15, BEI Services Data Transfer (10) menu needed to be accessed by running it at a prompt, or using a special password. It should only be run by dealerships that have purchased the service from BEI Services. BTA/LMS Model For Success is for option 11. If this module is not available, it will display as “Used For BTA / LMS Model For Success Report” and access is not allowed. OEM Interface Module (12) is also available. If the OEM Interface field in Global record 0 is not activated, “Used For OEM Interface Module” will display for option 12 and access is not allowed.

The Rebuild Indices (9) submenu was added to this menu.

Rev 13 Changes

Internal program changes were made to set the proper crammed characters if field 11. Dash Allowed In Item Numbers in Billing Control File Maintenance is equal to N for No.
The logic for Fiscal Year was made to work for the year 2000. It displayed as 100 instead of 00. This was just a display problem and had no effect on the functions of any programs.
