The following field prompt has been changed:
Sort By C'all Type/Call Date or R'esponse Time/Call Type
A new sort option has been added to the TRC Screen. The original sort was by call type (EM and CB calls first, then Hold calls). The new sort option is the countdown to target response time. The calls that are over their target response time will show first as a negative number, similar to the Technician Dispatching screen. Within the countdown to target response time, the calls are sorted by call type (EM and CB calls first, Hold calls 2nd), call date (most recent calls first), call number, and tech number. If the TRC screen is sorted by response time, calls that are dispatched or marked NEXT-IP are not displayed.
