Program Description
Technician Qualification Inquiry works in conjunction with Service Call Entry and Technician Dispatching. This is the program that is used if Q was entered to reflect the enhanced technician qualification list. This program is swapped from SDDE001B, SDDE002B, and SDDE002C.
Rev 13 Changes
Technician Dispatching (SDDE002B) changed for when this program swaps to Technician Qualification Inquiry (SDDE001J). When changing the status Hold for Parts, a new call and new tech are created when entering a Q at the Tech number field. Primary and secondary technicians will come from the technician qualification table with the same logic as when a call is entered.
