This menu can be found on the Tele-Sales main menu (TS-2). Programs in this menu allow you to view inquiries on customer prospects and contacts. Sales history and order/invoice information can also be accessed as well as inventory stock.

If the Coupons module is activated in Global File Maintenance (BI-3-1-18-9, field 1), Coupon Inquiry and Coupon Inquiry by Customer will appear as options 10 and 11 on this menu.
If the Coupons module is not activated, options 10 and 11 will display Used By Coupon Module and the programs can not be accessed.
