Program Description
This program can be found on the System Manager Item & Itemwhd Files menu (LMSY-1-6-5). It will update the amount On Order in the Item and Item Warehouse files (ITEM and ITEMWHD) for a range of product classes, item numbers and warehouse numbers. All open purchase orders will be searched to come up with the amount on order. It will convert the quantity to the dealer's pack multiple for the item. For example, if the purchase orders have a quantity of 8 with a vendor pack multiple of 1, and the dealer has a pack multiple of 4 in the Item (ITEM) file, the quantity updated is 2(8X1/4).
No one should be working in the system while this program is running.
