Program Description
This program can be found on the Service Data Entry menu (SD-1-12). This is a new program in Rev 13 that is similar to Technician Dispatching, but is used only to inquire on technician’s calls.
The following fields are described below:
Technician No.
Enter the number of the technician for which you wish to view service calls. The technician’s name and service calls appear. Enter M to end and return to the Service Data Entry menu. Enter MSG to add, change, or delete a technician message. Enter E to end and return to the Technician Dispatching program.
Select Call No. Or P’M - H’old - EM’ - Mark N’ext Call Or E’nd
Enter the number of the call to view its details. Enter P to view the screen of preventative maintenance calls. Enter EM to view emergency maintenance calls. Enter N to mark a call as Next. Enter E to end and return to the Technician No. prompt.
