Zero Base Bill Days in CN Header is new in Rev 15 that allows you to zero out the Base Bill Days in the Contract Header for a range of contract numbers entered by the operator. The operator can also enter a Base Bill Days that should be converted to 0, or enter an A (all) to convert all contracts regardless of what the Base Bill Days was equal to. For example, if all contracts that have a 99 in the Base Bill Days should be converted to 0, the operator can enter A for beginning contract number and 99 at the Old Base Bill Days prompt.
